WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

As an Operations Manager you will oversee the engineering, installation, and project management teams and work together with the leaders of each team. The primary focus is to ensure the successful execution of system integration projects and ensuring the department operates optimally and efficiently.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage technical and financial operations for project design, integration and service of audiovisual systems.

• Leading three key functional managers (engineering, installation and project management).
• Overseeing the department's budget and ensuring all teams operate within financial parameters.
• Managing the P&L for system integration, ensuring targets are met.
• Collaborating closely with other departments, including procurement, finance, HR, and sales, to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensuring the team is well-trained, motivated, and capable of executing tasks effectively.

• Manage internal activities including all engineering, CAD, programming, field engineering, shop activities, installation and repair services, on-going engineering project support, and project sign off.
• Create and maintain project related documentation in accordance with company guidelines.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field is preferred.
• Fluent German skills.
• Minimum 4 years of Management experience in an operations role or in a similar field.
• Proven experience in the AV industry; understanding of construction project management applied to audio-visual projects.
• Proficiency with AV project management theory and practices or other electro-mechanical installation techniques.
• Experience with budget management.
• Experience operating in a complex matrix business environment.
