WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Interpret electronic schematics and architectural blueprints to ensure accurate installations.
• Test and troubleshoot integrated AV systems, including AMX/Crestron and DSP setups.
• Configure IP-addressable devices for network communication and connect multimedia devices.
• Perform field installation, system tuning, and minor programming adjustments.
• Provide client support and finalize project documentation.
• Act as a customers first point of contact during installation and ensure project completion by managing punch lists.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong communication: Ability to interact professionally and timely with clients, colleagues, and internal teams.
• Technical expertise in AV systems: Proficiency with test and calibration equipment, and a strong understanding of signal flow for audio, video, and control.
• Problem-solving & troubleshooting: Experience diagnosing complex system issues and making minor programming adjustments in AMX/Crestron systems.
• IP networking knowledge: Understanding of network configurations to ensure seamless AV system integration and functionality.
• Adaptability & multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks, adjust to shifting priorities, and work independently while meeting deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills & attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy in system setup, documentation, and project execution for successful outcomes.

• Formal education in Electronics or related field preferred
• Minimum 4 years of AV installation experience preferred
• Experience with Enterprise VC solutions (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Bluejeans, Cisco Telepresence, etc.) both hardware and software
• AVIXA General CTS (Certified Technical Specialist) is preferred
