This position is a member of AVI-SPL’s Global Supply Chain Team and is responsible for overseeing the strategy and implementation of Logistics, Warehousing, and Inventory standards for locations in the EMEA region. This individual will need to provide the support of fully integrated conference rooms, boardrooms, and large multi-divisible spaces. The Technician interfaces daily with the customer and acts as an extension of their team at AVI-SPL. His/her responsibilities generally include the operation and functional testing of all AV and integrated conference room components/equipment. The Technician works in cooperation with the customer's UCC team in maintaining their equipment and the user community to a high-quality standard.

This role is responsible for the final testing and commissioning of complexed Audio-Visual systems during and post build. This position will also provide technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments as well as establish goals and plans that meet project objectives. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager to provide documented test result from system testing and commissioning.

As a Project Engineer, you will design, specify and manage the installation of integrated systems. You will be responsible for the technical oversight of a project from award through installation and completion. You will also identify special requirements for the projects, including but not limited to: test equipment, specialized tools, and rigging support. In addition, you will provide technical oversight on commissioning of systems both in-house and on-site.

As a Programmer, you will create and modify control system software for integrated Audio Video Systems by converting requirements into a functional user interface and control code. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with key stakeholders to meet unique requirements and work with hardware and software systems and platforms to deliver a system with robust capabilities. You will also install control programs and touch panel design onsite, offsite, and remotely. In addition, a Programmer 1 is expected to review and validate the work of an Associate Programmer.

A Senior Design Engineer’s primary role is to support presales and post-sales teams by acting as a technical consultant. This includes translating customer requirements into functional system designs, generating technical documentation, and ensuring the proposed solutions align with client expectations and the latest AV/UC technologies. The Senior Design Engineer works closely with sales contacts to refine project scope, develop solution offers, and ensure clear knowledge transfer to the implementation teams. Additionally, they review and validate the work of Design Engineers I and II to maintain quality and compliance with project specifications.
