The Logistics Coordinator will play a crucial role in the execution of logistics operations related to Transportation. Primary responsibility will be to ensure that the right equipment reaches the right location at the right time, while avoiding unnecessary cost. This role requires transportation (direct tender/booking) experience, vendor management skills, exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make sound financial decisions under pressure. Must be able to pivot between working independently and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Provide planning and analysis support to the financial reporting process to ensure accurate and timely reporting to all stakeholders.

The Onsite Support Technician will work in partnership with the customer, management team, global helpdesk, and SIG teams to provide on premises support for AVI-SPL customers at customer site(s) with the end goals of delivering a world-class Customer Service experience.  

The Job   The AV Technician is required to be based at a client site in downtown Frankfurt, Germany. This individual will need to provide the support of fully integrated conference rooms, boardrooms, and large multi-divisible spaces. The Technician interfaces daily with the customer and acts as an extension of their team at AVI-SPL. His/her responsibilities generally include the operation and functional testing of all AV and integrated conference room components/equipment. The Technician works in cooperation with the customer's UCC team in maintaining their equipment and the user community to a high-quality standard.
